Our White Wines

This 2010 Late Harvest Riesling is just in time for our better late than never summer. It has a strong personality, just like our new label implies. We decided to have some fun with it and also honor a special family member. What we have found is that nearly “Everybody” has a Buddy. This new Riesling features our Buddy AKA our Buddy LUV. This new release is ready for ordering. It will quench the thirst on a hot summer day and continue to be enjoyed into the crisp fall weather. Pair with mild mountain Gruyère or Gouda, Cheddar….this wine likes cheese and has a nice balance of sugar and acidity. It has a vivid fruitiness and we can now say “we have a dessert wine”. Try it with a spicy Thai dish or your favorite pork or poultry dish. Serve it with dessert, maybe some decadent milk chocolate. This wine has the potential to age. If you have your own “Buddy” be it your dog, cat, horse, guinea pig….we’ll insert your Buddy’s photo into the label for no extra charge. Just ask us! And give us a bit of extra time to prepare your order. 

Our Unoaked Chardonnay, a champion of white wines, is a very straight forward and refreshing dry wine. It is delicately fragrant and mildly floral with light lemon-citrus and pear flavor, complete with a mellow finish. Chardonnay pairs well with spicy Asian foods, as well as with white meats such as chicken and pork, or local seafood or poultry dishes. It will not overwhelm the tastebuds or the meal. Summer is coming and Chardonnay goes great with sunshine and the outdoors. Toss some Brie and crackers into the picnic basket and you are all set.

Our Pinot Gris is a soft, light bodied white wine with a rounded mouth feel. It pairs especially well with our local oysters, as well as other local fish/seafood favorites, sweet and sour chicken and the like. You’ll notice a gentle fruit bouquet along with the flavor of melon and stone fruits such as peach. . . . just the right touch of sweetness. It is also excellent with salads, possibly mixing up some arugula, pears, walnuts and blue cheese. Apprécier!

Our Red Wines
Our Syrah, is a hearty and robust deep red wine that has become our signature…our personal favorite. It is traditionally served with hearty main courses like pot roast, red meats with herbed sauces, and spicy pizzas and pastas. 


Our Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon blend is exactly what you would expect from a great Cab. It is the king of red wines in our book. Full bodied, but tamed into a smooth lingering finish by the fruitiness of Merlot. Always a great choice with simple grilled meats and stews as well as with more complex dishes like venison.
